Make core dumps work

Core dumps are written to the /var/local/dumps directory.

testing/hosts/default/etc/profile.d/coredumps.sh [new file with mode: 0644]
testing/hosts/default/etc/security/limits.conf
testing/hosts/default/etc/sysctl.conf
